We want you to love your Happy Mammoth wardrobe, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimates and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label, and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
